1. Consultation & Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before Session
- You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- You are eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- Free rescheduling to another available slot.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Session
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
- You may request rescheduling, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
No-Shows
- If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
2. Digital Products & Instant Services
There are no cancellations for:
- Downloadable digital content
- Customized reports
- Automated insights or analyses
- Email-delivered services
Once the product is delivered or accessed, cancellations are not permitted, as the service is considered fully consumed.
3. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to ongoing services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- The cancellation will stop future billing.
- Fees already charged for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
- You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the paid period.

In rare cases where Ecliptic Insight must cancel or reschedule:

- A full refund
